ROCK EATER Rips 3 Homers Against Apex Friday, September 15th , 2073 Lunar Base Space Rangers catcher BIG RED ROCK EATER slugged three home runs against the Indianapolis Apex at The Brickyard, but couldn't win the game all by himself. The Apex spoiled his day by defeating the Space Rangers, 8-4. "The loss puts a damper on the outstanding game BIG RED had, but people will be buzzing about this for days to come," Lunar Base manager . "That's gotta be some consolation to him. But knowing BIG RED, he would have preferred a win." For the game, ROCK EATER was 4-for-4 with 3 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "The first two I got all of them and it was no doubt they were gone," ROCK EATER said later. "It seemed like the wind helped it a little on that last one. I just wish Mother Nature had helped us win the game, too."
