Scorpions Move on to World Series Monday, October 2nd , 2073 The Death Valley Scorpions are one step closer to winning a World Series, and the season came to a close for the Detroit Demons. Death Valley won the Conference Finals 4-2, with a 6-5 victory in the deciding game at Demon's Lair at Laser Park today. Death Valley shortstop Literal Flamingo was named the MVP of the series, after hitting .471 with a .550 on-base percentage. He had 0 homers, drove in 2 RBI and scored 1 runs.
