Doug on the Attack, Player of the Week Monday, August 19th , 2069 Pitchers who faced the Seattle Sea Serpents last week were happy to see David Doug in the rear-view mirror. The 27-year-old second baseman was dubbed the Champions Conference Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .480 clip. For the week he also chalked up 12 hits in 25 at-bats, no home runs, 5 RBIs and 5 runs scored. Presently Doug is batting .277 with 101 hits and 13 home runs. He has knocked in 32 runs and scored 44 times. |
