Hit Streak Now at 34 for Dog Saturday, May 11th , 2075 Summuh Dog has been ripping hits every day for a while now, and nobody seems able to stop him. The New York third baseman picked up 1 more today against the Boise Raptors and now has a 34-game hitting streak. The Voyagers won the game, 12-3. "Definitely somebody's going to stop me at some point," he said later, chuckling. "I'll enjoy it for the time being." Summuh Dog flied out in the 1st, flied out in the 2nd, flied out in the 5th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 8th. Currently Dog is batting .371 with no home runs and 6 RBIs. |
