Dog Hits in 35 Consecutive Games Sunday, May 12th , 2075 Summuh Dog continued his streak at Vaughn's House, even as the ballgame did not go his way. The New York third baseman was 1-for-4 in today's contest and now has hit safely in his last 35 games. The Voyagers were not as fortunate, losing, 3-2, to the Boise Raptors. "Dog was hitting everything we threw at him," said Boise manager . "He is a tough out. Fortunately, things went our way in the ballgame and we came away with a win." Summuh Dog singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and flied out in the 9th. So far this year, Dog is hitting .365 with no home runs. |
