Big Bat Pays Off, Baltz Player of the Week Monday, July 1st , 2075 When it came to hitting the baseball, Seymour Baltz was in a class by himself in the Legends Conference this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding third baseman for Providence tagged opposing pitchers for a .545 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 0 homers, 5 runs scored and 8 RBIs. Thus far this season in 54 games, Baltz is batting .275 with 8 home runs, 37 RBIs and 28 runs scored.
