Pass Pounds 3 HR Against Demons Friday, August 9th , 2075 It was a terrific day for Pass, who ripped three home runs at The Aquadome, and a disappointing one for the Seattle Sea Serpents who, nevertheless, dropped the game, 10-7, to the Detroit Demons. "He was instant offense," Seattle skipper said. " really put on a show. He more than did his part. We just didn't come through with hits at the right time to win the game." For the day, Pass collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 3 RBIs. In the postgame press conference he told the reporters he has always liked to hit at The Aquadome. "I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he said. Pass flied out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Pythagoras in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Pythagoras in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Archie Richards in the 9th. Thus far this year, Pass is batting .266 with 9 home runs, 28 RBIs and 63 runs scored. |
