Nashville's Lavine Gets Champions Player of the Week Monday, August 19th , 2075 It was an extraordinary week for C.J. Lavine of the Nashville Stars. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .429, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Champions Conference. Last week Lavine went 12-for-28, racked up 2 home runs and 8 RBIs and scored 5 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Nashville second baseman. Currently Lavine is hitting .278 and has collected 4 home runs, 33 RBIs and scored 40 times, while playing in 87 games. |
