New Orleans Eliminated from Playoff Contention Monday, August 19th , 2075 After a tough year, the New Orleans Rougarous have been the butt of jokes around many water coolers in the New Orleans area. There will be some new fodder for jaded fans to discuss now -- the club was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Rougarous have made the playoffs 19 times in their 42 years as a Pro Baseball Experience franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 5th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2070. In the last 10 seasons, the Rougarous have made the playoffs 6 times. |
