Champions Spotlight Shines on Rookie Star Tuesday, September 1st , 2076 Despite his newness to the Champions Conference, last month Snor Summers put up solid numbers and claimed the Rookie of the Month Award. In August the Detroit starter went 1-0, tossed 11.2 innings with 9 strikeouts and held the opposition to a .190 average. If Summers continues at this pace, he will certainly have a long and profitable Pro Baseball Experience career. So far this season, Summers has picked up no saves in 23 relief appearances. He has also compiled a 2-1 won-lost mark with a 3.65 ERA and fanned 26 batters in 37 innings. |
