Voyagers Prevail, as Conference Finals Goes to the Wire Tuesday, October 1st , 2069 It went the distance, but the New York Voyagers finally disposed of the San Antonio Sloths 12-4 in the series clincher at Vaughn's House. Winning the finale gave the Voyagers the series, 4-3. They will now advance to the World Series. The Most Valuable Player Award went to New York second baseman Yeti Taz. He batted .367 in the series, collecting 7 RBIs and scoring 5 runs. "Yeti deserves it," said Voyagers manager . "He was the glue that held our club together."
