Surge Irons, Pitcher of the Year Award Winner Monday, October 21st , 2069 The Buffalo Surge have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Brigham Irons, this year's Legends Conference Pitcher of the Year Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Irons compiled a 8-8 record in 27 starts, tallied 176 strikeouts in 172.1 innings and recorded a 3.45 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .224 batting average against him. Artemis Aria of the San Antonio Sloths finished second in voting, while Retsnomekalyag Kove of the New York Voyagers finished third. |
