Legends Names Sloths Littleton Winner Monday, July 26th , 2077 San Antonio fans have something to crow about today as San Antonio first baseman Rob Littleton nabbed the Legends Conference Player of the Week Award for his performance over the last seven days. "I know there are times when it's hard to lay off pitches. Everyone goes through stretches when he's too eager to put the ball in play. You know, though, I feel like this past week I was able to get in the right frame of mind and just let things come naturally," said Littleton. He posted a .375 average (9-for-24) this past week with 3 home runs, 9 RBIs, and 3 runs scored. So far this season, Littleton is batting .285 with 16 home runs, 37 RBIs and 32 runs scored. He has 77 hits in 270 at-bats, 26 walks and a .350 OBP. Littleton has played in 69 games. |
