Summers of Detroit Earns Champions Batting Crown Thursday, September 16th , 2077 Congratulations are in order for Detroit left fielder Waxillium Summers, as he was presented with the 2077 Champions Conference batting title today at a special awards ceremony. Summers was honored for his league-leading .334 average. He collected 135 hits in 404 at-bats, including 23 doubles, 1 triple and 24 home runs. The 31-year-old Summers also had 83 RBIs and scored 62 runs. |
