June's #1 Newcomer Named by Champions Friday, July 1st , 2078 Youngster Chorizo McTater emerged as the latest Champions Conference Rookie of the Month today. The young man from New Orleans deserved the honor, batting .329 with 8 home runs and 17 RBI. Is the month of June a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let McTater enjoy the limelight. Thus far this season, McTater has hit .295 with 13 home runs, 34 RBIs and scored 29 times. |
