Ruiz Jr. Selected Player of the Week Monday, July 25th , 2078 It was an extraordinary week for Julio Ruiz Jr. of the Outer Banks Aviators. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .471, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Legends Conference. Last week Ruiz Jr. went 8-for-17, racked up 3 home runs and 6 RBIs and scored 5 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Outer Banks third baseman. So far this year, Ruiz Jr. is batting .300 with 16 home runs, 53 RBIs and 49 runs scored. |
