Providence Captures Legends Conference East Crown Thursday, September 8th , 2078 Let loose, Providence fans, your team has won the Legends Conference East. The Providence Crabs have officially captured the crown, the 17th in franchise history. "We've got a team that can do it all and we think do it just as well as anyone in the league," said left fielder Grayle Traveler. "I hope no one is taking us lightly once the playoffs start." Certainly the team's division crown will garner them a fair bit of respect, as the 69-33 record puts the club in position for the franchise's 3rd Pro Baseball Experience championship. "You never get tired of being in the playoffs," said the team's manager. "This is what you play for." |
