Julio Ruiz Jr. Wins Legends Trophy Monday, July 17th , 2079 When it came to hitting the baseball, Julio Ruiz Jr. had few peers in the Legends Conference this past week. The talented third baseman for Outer Banks tagged opposing pitchers for a .591 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 22 at-bats, 4 homers, 9 runs scored and 11 RBIs. This year, Ruiz Jr. is hitting .314 with 18 home runs and 54 RBIs in 62 games played.
