Slow Earns August's Top Batter Prize in Legends Friday, September 1st , 2079 Bazooka Slow, the Outer Banks center fielder, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out a .400 batting average with 42 hits, 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 36 times. That kind of hitting earned him the Legends Conference Batter of the Month honors for August. This year, Slow is hitting .319 with 137 hits, 11 home runs, 43 RBIs and has scored 93 runs. |
