Cancun Sits Atop Champions Conference West Monday, September 4th , 2079 The owner of the Cancun Toros has given his club heavy praise after they officially clinched the Champions Conference West title. "It's an extremely talented and motivated group of ballplayers and I'm so pleased to own this franchise," said Lou Waddick. "You'd have a hard time trying to find a better group of guys." The division title is the 13th for the franchise. "We appreciate Lou Waddick for his kind words and the support he gives us," said right fielder Napoleon Solo.
