Detroit Won't Make Playoffs Thursday, September 7th , 2079 While they stayed relevant until late in the season, a playoff berth wasn't meant to be this season for the Detroit Demons. The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Demons manager said. Detroit last appeared in the postseason in 2077. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 25 times in their 46-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Demons have missed the playoffs 5 times. |
