This Indianapolis mound star excelled with an impressive 12-5 mark. In 27 starts, Smittious tossed 178 innings, fashioning an impressive 3.29 ERA. He held opposing hitters to a .253 average, struck out 200 and walked 43. Ivy de Vries of the Seattle Sea Serpents finished second in voting, while Thor Lore of the Indianapolis Apex finished third. |
