Big Bat Pays Off, Bauer Player of the Week Monday, June 7th , 2038 At the age of 28, Anthony Bauer might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Cancun first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .556 batting average. For his efforts Bauer collected the Pro Baseball Experience Player of the Week Award. He racked up 10 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 4 games. So far this year Bauer is hitting .402 with 8 home runs. |
