Reeves Selected Champions's Top Player

Death Valley's Bass Reeves put the wraps on a fine campaign today by winning the 2070 Champions Conference Most Valuable Player Award.
The 29-year-old veteran scorched the opposition with a .304 average, picking up 139 hits, 55 doubles, 5 triples, 15 home runs and 67 RBIs, while scoring 119 runs.
Daniel Plainview of the Death Valley Scorpions finished second in voting, while Tyler Detherage of the Cancun Toros finished third.
