Player of the Week: Love of the Armadillos Monday, May 9th , 2072 Jordan Love demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Minor League PBE Player of the Week Award. The Amarillo designated hitter wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .500 average (13-for-26) with 3 home runs and 13 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. In 15 games this season Love has compiled a .323 batting average with 21 hits and 4 home runs. He has also scored 10 times and knocked in 23 runs. |
