Amarillo Armadillos Are Champs Tuesday, October 11th , 2072 It was a hard-fought battle for both teams to make it this far. But as the saying goes, "to the victors go the spoils." For the victorious Amarillo Armadillos, that meant the Minor League PBE World Series trophy. The Armadillos took a 5-0 victory over the Florida Flamingos at The Burrow Presented by the PBE Bigger Strange Pod, winning their 9th championship after taking the series 4-2. "We've got grit," said Armadillos first baseman Jordan Love, who was named MVP of the series. "We know how to win when we have to."
