Week's Top Player: Anchorage's Meredith Monday, September 4th , 2073 When it came to hitting the baseball, Myles Meredith was in a class by himself in the Minor League PBE this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding left fielder for Anchorage tagged opposing pitchers for a .440 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 11 hits in 25 at-bats, 3 homers, 5 runs scored and 4 RBIs. Currently Meredith is batting .293 with 110 hits and 17 home runs. He has knocked in 58 runs and scored 55 times. |
