Puerto Rico Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, August 21st , 2074 Fans of the Puerto Rico Ranas have long since given up hope of the club making a serious playoff push this season. But now those hopes are officially gone, as the club was mathematically eliminated from postseason contention today. The Ranas have made the playoffs 15 times in their 46 years as a Minor League PBE franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 21st in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2053. Puerto Rico last won the World Series in 2050. |
