Moore Jr Sizzles with 20-Game Batting Streak Saturday, August 24th , 2069 Steven Moore Jr's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 4-for-5 in a 6-4 Louisville Lemurs triumph over the State College Swift Steeds at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. The 24-year-old catcher has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Lemurs. Steven Moore Jr singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, singled in the 5th, flied out in the 7th and singled in the 9th. So far this year Moore Jr is batting .337 with 15 home runs, 58 RBIs and 65 runs scored. |
