Tom Is This Year's Premier Rookie Wednesday, October 24th , 2074 Jonny Tom was pure poison to Minor League PBE hitters this year. The California Firehawks felt very secure when they sent him out to the hill. The 21-year-old starter went after Minor League PBE hitters with a vengeance and earned the 2074 Rookie of the Year Award. His skipper said to reporters, "I wish I had three more like him. He might be inexperienced, but he flat out can pitch." In 27 starts he went 11-10 with a 4.01 ERA as he struck out 108 in 173 innings. Kaitlyn Montreal of the Amarillo Armadillos finished second in voting, while Ejecto Seato of the Florida Flamingos finished third. |
