Child on Fire, Named Player of the Week Monday, September 9th , 2069 Gnome Child went on a week-long hitting streak against Minor League PBE pitchers and captured the Player of the Week honors. The Kansas City third baseman battered the opposition for 9 hits, 5 home runs, 11 RBIs and scored 8 runs. He hit .450 and posted a .522 on-base percentage.
