Axel Babineaux discovered that today at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium, as he smashed three home runs during the 9-3 Amarillo Armadillos win over the Chicago Kingpins. "I got three balls to hit and nailed all three of them," the Amarillo center fielder said in his postgame interview. "The first was a hanging curve, the second was right down the middle and the last one was a good pitch, but I guessed right and put the wood to it." Babineaux finished the day with 4 hits in 5 at-bats and 5 RBIs. Axel Babineaux hit a solo-shot off Chudigal Son in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Bodhi Grizz in the 7th and hit a two-run home run off Marcus DaWorm in the 8th.
