Barrage of Hits Gets Lennedy MiLPBE Award Monday, August 15th , 2078 Not every ball that came off Keon Lennedy's bat last week was a line drive or a towering shot -- it just seemed that way to the teams that played the Anchorage Wheelers. For his exploits, Lennedy was named this week's Minor League PBE Player of the Week award. The Anchorage right fielder put up 17 hits in 26 at-bats and 3 home runs while hitting .654 with 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored. Currently Lennedy is batting .296 with 8 home runs, 37 RBIs and 51 runs scored. |
