MiLPBE Most Valuable Player Award Goes to Buster Sunday, October 23rd , 2078 A pitcher being voted the most valuable player in his league is a rare feat, and this year it did indeed happen. The 2078 Minor League PBE Most Valuable Player Award has gone to Kansas City Hepcats ace Matt Buster after a stellar 11-6 season. In 27 starts he piled up 166.1 innings, 130 strikeouts, 55 walks and a 3.03 ERA. Buster held opposing hitters to a .257 batting average and compiled a 4.0 WAR along the way. Agnes Digital of the Brew City Bears finished second in voting, while John Jonathan Johnsen-Jonsen of the Louisville Lemurs finished third. |
