Sheeping Extends Hit Streak to 20 Games Monday, September 11th , 2079 Samuel Sheeping's bat has been smoking lately, and it continued today as he went 2-for-6 in his team's 8-4 triumph over the Kansas City Hepcats at Center for Kansas City Kids That Can't Read Good. The 24-year-old right fielder has now hit safely in 20 consecutive games for the Lemurs. Samuel Sheeping singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th, grounded out in the 8th, flied out in the 9th and hit a three-run double in the 10th. At present, Sheeping is batting .330 with 146 hits and 22 home runs. He has knocked in 85 runs and scored 84 times. |
