Bobba Wins Award for MiLPBE Dominance
Friday, October 17th , 2070
Paj Bobba was a calming influence out of the Brew City Bears bullpen this season.
His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 22-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the Minor League PBE Reliever of the Year Award for 2070.
The Brisbane, Australia native won the award with 13 saves in 55 relief appearances, 77 strikeouts in 85.2 innings and a record of 6-7 to go with his 2.73 ERA.
Dan Bacle Jr. of the California Firehawks finished second in voting, while Kip Treadwell of the Anchorage Wheelers finished third.
