Ranas Mathematically Out of Playoffs Wednesday, August 19th , 2071 The 2071 season has hardly been a memorable one for the Puerto Rico Ranas and now fans must deal with the fact that the club has been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Puerto Rico last appeared in the postseason in 2053. This is their 18th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 28 times in their 43 - year history.
