The Boise Raptors got a superb performance from third baseman Corner Vacuum. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Buffalo. The Surge won the game, 5-4. Vacuum went 2-4 with a home run and a triple, while scoring 2 and driving in 2. The win was credited to Beta Chapler in relief. His record improves to 1-5. Ruggsy Witdaheelys took the loss. The second-place Surge have won 4 consecutive games.

Buffalo used the clutch hitting of Damien Thriller to capture the win. The left fielder drilled a solo home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Surge ahead, 5-4. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.
