The Anchorage Wheelers racked up a win at Balto Memorial Field at The Igloo, bumping off the State College Swift Steeds , 4-3. Warren Peace, who started for Anchorage, pitched effectively for his team. The victory gives Anchorage a record of 58-45.

Peace's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 6 strikeouts in 7.2 innings while allowing 2 hits. Peace, who leads the MiLPBE in wins with 15, goes to 15-5 on the year with 82 strikeouts.
