The Outer Banks Aviators topped the Death Valley Scorpions by a score of 10-5. Leading the way was shortstop Abe Ghosty. Ghosty went 2 for 5 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 4 for the Aviators. With the loss, Death Valley is 10-9.

Outer Banks used the timely hitting of Rachel Morimura to seize the win. The first baseman stroked a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh inning to put the Aviators on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a game-changer.
