Firehawks Clip Flamingos, 6-5, in WS Contest

The California Firehawks defeated the Florida Flamingos, 6-5, in Game 4 of the World Series. Making an impact was first baseman Woop Woop, who was 1-2 with 3 walks. The win moves California into a 2-2 tie with Florida in the series.
Ivagotta Dumper helped out the California cause in the bottom of the fifth inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the catcher went 1-4, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.
"I felt good up there," said Dumper. "I saw the ball well."
The next game is set to be played tomorrow at PBE Bigger Strange Podcast Stadium: Home of the Waterpigeons in Providence.
