Chicago Breaks Through for First Win in Semi-FInals; Now Trails 3-1
On the verge of being swept and facing a red-hot Louisville Lemurs team, Joseph Mathys Hendry had a tough assignment. He delivered.

The Chicago Kingpins right-hander dominated the hosts, tossing 8.1 innings of shutout ball and guiding his club to its first victory of the series, 3-0. Mathys Hendry, 22, threw 8.1 innings of shutout ball in the contest. The win means Chicago now trails 3-1 in the best-of-7 series.

Mathys Hendry allowed no runs on 5 hits over 8.1 innings for the Kingpins. He walked 1 and struck out 5.

"I'm just trying to make sure I'm focused for each and every pitch," said Mathys Hendry.

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Jose Forty-Three Stadium in Providence.
