Buffalo Win to Pull Even With New York
The Buffalo Surge and the New York Voyagers will take the Divisional Series to a decisive 5th game. In a must-win situation today, the Surge beat the Voyagers 3-1 at Vaughn's House to force the series into what will essentially be a one-game playoff. Buffalo left-hander Ren Toltraid had a big role in the win. He threw 6.0 innings of 4-hit ball.

Buffalo used the clutch hitting of Bambi No to capture the win. The designated hitter drilled a solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to put the Surge ahead, 2-1. It was his only hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a big one.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Toltraid told the Buffalo Times.

Game 5 is scheduled for Sunday at The Power House in Providence.
