Vancouver turned a good effort from starter Thor Lore into a win over the Providence Crabs at The Pot. The Vandals won the game, 7-2. Vancouver leads the Legends Conference West by 2½ games.
Lore's performance can only be described as masterful. He notched 9 strikeouts in 8 innings while allowing 5 hits. Lore, who leads the Legends in strikeouts with 87, goes to 6-1 on the year with 87 strikeouts.
