Chicago Makes It 12 Straight, Barely
Chicago Kingpins starter Oskar Von Kautz pitched his team past the Puerto Rico Ranas, 3-2, in 14 innings. Aventurine was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Punish Vandals [BOT]. Puerto Rico, now 4-14, continues its tough start.

The game-ending blow was delivered by Boots Poffenberger in the bottom of the 14th. That's when he hit a solo home run off 23-year old right-handed pitcher Punish Vandals [BOT] to win it for Chicago and cause the home crowd to erupt in celebration.
