Swift Steeds Win, Hrishikesh goes 4-for-4
|
The State College Swift Steeds beat the Kansas City Hepcats, 13-5, at Count Longardeaux's Strong Badian Dictionary Fo' My Own Words Stadium. The Swift Steeds got a fine performance from center fielder Akshay Hrishikesh, who was 4-4 with 4 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times. Liam Lopez earned the win to go to 1-2. He allowed no runs on 4 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts in 5.2 innings of work. The Hepcats fall to 7-11 and continue their uneven start to the 2068 season.
