Louisville pitcher Golden King did his part in helping his team defeat the Anchorage Wheelers, 7-2. The opposition could never get too much going against the left-hander. The winner was King. He threw 7.0 innings of 3-hit ball. The loser was Ivy Nurple. With the win over Anchorage, the Lemurs improved to 14-16.
