Anchorage third baseman Dean Ice helped his team beat the Brew City Bears, 6-5. Ice, who is tied for 2nd in the MiLPBE in extra base hits with 15, went 2 for 4 for the Wheelers. The win went to Marc Jackson in relief, making him now 3-1. Real Games took the loss for Brew City. With this game in the books, Anchorage is 21-12, Brew City 13-20.

Anchorage got a knockout punch from Chris Cash Jr.. The right fielder hammered a solo home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"We had some nice at-bats at the right time," said Wheelers manager .
