Hepcats Stymie Anchorage, Take 4-1 Win

Revan Shan was a vital contributor to the 4-1 Kansas City victory over Anchorage. The Hepcats center fielder went 2 for 4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Kansas City reliever Juan Legacypoint picked up the win, upping his record to 7-4. Thunder Miller shouldered the loss. The Hepcats now have a record of 21-28.
With Kansas City leading 2-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Shan hit a 2-run single off Anchorage hurler Thunder Miller. It was the 55th hit of the season for Shan and put his team ahead, 4-0.
"If you pitch well, you give yourself some opportunities," said Kansas City manager .
