Pathfinders Heading to Conference Finals Saturday, September 21st , 2058 The Toronto Pathfinders are on to the Conference Finals, having knocked out the Buffalo Surge 3-1. The final blow came tonight at The Power House, where Toronto sealed the Divisional Series with a 7-0 triumph. Kevin Larson was instrumental in the series win and was given MVP honors. Larson hit .263 with a .263 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 2 runs.
