Vancouver Advances to Conference Finals Wednesday, September 20th , 2073 Pierre Phillip said he expected the Divisional Series to be "a battle from start to finish." In the end, it was nothing more than a minor skirmish, as the Vancouver Vandals encountered little resistance in sweeping the Buffalo Surge, to advance to the Conference Finals. "It may have been a sweep, but it still was a tough series," said Phillip. Vancouver won the final game by a 4-2 count and were led in the series by Phillip, who was named MVP.
